Ghost AI Writer is a single-operator content automation control plane for Ghost CMS. It helps an operator review a run, follow its actual stages, distinguish a Ghost draft from a live post, inspect metered OpenAI usage, and recover from interrupted work.
How the system is organized
Ghost remains the content editor and publishing authority. Ghost AI Writer coordinates generation, operational evidence, read-only CMS reconciliation, duplicate prevention, and static delivery.
The public site is generated only from published Ghost posts. Cloudflare Pages serves the canonical artifact and GitHub Pages keeps an identical mirror for rollback.
